Ordio Nano becomes proactive

Summary: Ordio Nano is now proactive — it suggests shift assignments, templates, absences, and checklists in chat.

The next step toward a manager in your pocket

Nano aims to cut clicks, search time, and mental load. This release adds actions you can confirm in one step.

Nano spots open shifts automatically

When open shifts appear, Nano analyses the situation and suggests suitable employees in the agent sidebar — considering availability, applications, labour cost, workload and existing planning.

Assign with one click, with full control.

Manage shift templates in chat

Create, apply or delete recurring shift templates directly in Nano. The classic UI remains available.

Absences at a glance

Ask Nano for absences per employee or for the whole company — no list digging, no filters.

Create and assign checklists with Nano

Create, edit and assign checklists to work areas or individual employees via chat.
